Any client or student that is tutored by Cool Catz Driving School is
obligated to adhere to the following terms and conditions at set out below:

1. All lessons test and or services rendered by Cool Catz Driving School must be paid in full,
proof of payment received and funds reflecting positive towards our bank account before any of the mentioned services will or shall commence.

2. All cancellation of lessons or tests must be itone 24 hours before the scheduled
appointment and acknowledged by management only!

3. Cool Cats Driving School does not support a refund system and no refunds can or will be done.

4. Any lessons can and will be stopped in the case of negligent and of abusive driving
and all monies for that lesson will be forfeited.

5. In the case of any accident, you will be held responsible for damages caused to all vehicles/property involved.

6. In the case of any involvement by you or any other family member towards any other driving school
and or any establishment with the same nature of business that the driving school support,
all negotiations and fees paid to Cool Cats Driving School
will expire with immediate effect and all mones paid will be forfeited.

7. All packages, combos and agreements are valid for 3 months only as from signing this disclaimer unless otherwise agreed by management.

8.. In the case of any action (system failure, strikes, slots, force of nature, theft)
and or any cause which prohibits the driving school from confirming and or complete any
said tests and or appointments at governmental initions, all monies and or fees are still payable to cover costs and or time slots reserved.

9. Test passing cannot be guaranteed!

10. Cool Catz Driving School will not form part of any bribery, guaranteed
passes and or any other form of illegal activity that supports fraud and or corruption.

11. No passenger, parents, family or friends are allowed in the vehicle during lesson peroids!

12. During lessson and tests period, i do understand that i must not be under the
influence of alcohol, drugs or any unprescribed drugs.

13. Cool Catz Driving School will not be held liable for any loss, damages and or loss of
life or injury caused by theft, fire, cause of nature, accident, act of crime, riot and or
misconduct and or negligence that
may be obtained during a lesson or test.

14. By using Cool Catz Driving School the school and its employees are released from any
claims that may arise out of the above mentioned rules or terms and conditions.
Further i declare that my parents, gaurdians and or care takers are fully aware of my attendance to
driving lessons and acknowledge a true copy of this disclaimer for refrence
to my parentrs, gaurdians or care takers.
